Are your products gluten free?

Absolutely, yes! They’re free of gluten, free of chemicals, and are all ethically sourced.

Are your products ethically sourced?

We source our ingredients through fair trade practices including good working conditions, fair pay, and sustainable environmental policies. Every purchase improves the lives of farmers and workers by creating income and opportunities.

Are there any fillers in your products?

All of our ingredients are natural, vegan, and chemical-free. Moreover, our ingredients are NOT processed, chemically dried, or bleached. Gluten-free and zero additives such as soy and rice flour. We stand behind our transparency and guarantee our quality.

Are your products free from nuts, corn and soy?

Yes! To be clear – there are no nuts, soy, or corn in our products. In fact, our products aren’t manufactured in a facility that has nuts.

If all your ingredients are from South Asia, how is it 'Made in the USA'?

Great question! All of our ingredients are grown in the United States or in South Asia, and processed by our GMP-certified manufacturer here in the United States. There, all of our ingredients are tested and blended, and then shipped from the great state of Texas directly to you.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Will you ship outside the United States?

Yes! However, we’ll pass the cost of shipping along to you by sending you a separate invoice after you make your purchase.

All you have to do is purchase your items, and let us know in the notes section that you would like for the products to be sent to an international destination, and provide the address.

Once we receive your order, we’ll reach out to you to confirm the shipping address and give you a cost estimate. Because we’re continuously shipping around the world, our pricing will be significantly cheaper.

Is there any charge for shipping?

We ship for FREE within the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and any other US territory is $5.

There is no minimum, and certainly no maximum. We’ll likely change this once we come to our senses 🙂

If you’d like to ship it outside of the United States, please inquire before you purchase so we can give you a shipping estimate.

What is your return policy?

How long does it take to deliver?

We generally ship the same day from Houston if orders are placed by 1:00 pm (CST). Transit time will be 1 – 3 business days depending upon where you live in the US.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You’ll receive an email with your order confirmation, and a USPS tracking ID the moment we slap on your shipping label. Expect a couple of emails outlining how to use your product, and how to give us a review if you’re satisfied! Did we mention coupons? You’ll get a few of those as well 🙂

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a receipt and order form in your email. You can also login to your account to retrieve those details.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
